Youvarlakia – Greek meatball soup in an egg lemon sauce
Avgolemono is an egg lemon sauce that I have wanted to make for ages. As this week was Greek date night, it was the perfect occasion to make a traditional Greek meatball soup that incorporates this sauce.
Paella
Trying to find a table for lunch at a jam-packed Melkbosstrand beachfront (without a reservation – yes I know) on a public holiday did not work out so well on Tuesday. We returned home hungry and decided to make a paella with whatever ingredients we had at home.
